Responsibilities include supporting in-store marketing and signage, collaborating with leadership, and training associates to execute merchandising priorities.

Qualifications

• Merchandising experience required.
• Excellent communication and feedback skills.
• Comfortable on a ladder and able to lift/push 50lbs+.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as store needs.

Responsibilities

• Trains and develops associates to assist with daily merchant projects.
• Assesses store performance and inventory to identify merchandising opportunities.
• Supports execution of merchandising direction to meet budgets and timelines.
• Participates in the shipment process to prioritize product to the sales floor and plans for recoveries.

Role Summary

A Merchandiser contributes to driving sales through merchandising, styling, and product flow support, to create a compelling visual environment for the customer.

Role Responsibilities

Customer Experience

• Delivers exceptional customer experiences that are engaging and personalized, yet efficient; drives sales through elevated visual presentations and organization of product
• Partners with the Store Leadership team on the creation of an engaging visual experience that appeals to the Reclectic customer
• Supports the Store Leaders in execution of in-store creative marketing and signage, merchandising and fostering a creative community to drive sales and create a compelling store environment

Teamwork + Communication

• Promotes an inclusive environment by representing and amplifying all voices, actively seeking and advocating different perspectives
• Facilitates the sharing of visual priorities and updates in daily meetings with the team; provides product and visual feedback to store leadership
• Checks in with Store Leadership team to maintain communication and teamwork on completing store objectives; demonstrates adaptability to affect change and successfully execute a shared vision
• Fosters team growth by training and developing associates to assist with daily merchant projects

Visual + Business Operations

• Assesses store business and on hand inventory to identify merchandising opportunities for the store
• Supports in execution of merchandising direction to meet home office expectations, budgets, and timeline
• Participates in the shipment process to prioritize getting product to the sales floor; takes a forward-thinking approach to make a strategic plan for product placement, recovery and reaction to sell through
• Adheres to store’s safety standards, inventory accuracy, reduction of product loss, and upholds all company policy and procedures to support the profitability of the store

Role Qualifications

• Merchandising experience
• Great communicator able to set clear objectives and follow through
• Must be comfortable on a ladder and have ability to lift and push more than 50lbs
• Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store including nights, weekends, and holidays
