Job summary

TERREPOWER (formerly BBB Industries) in Michigan seeks an assembler to disassemble units, identify scrap, and record part quantities in Excel. The role includes cleaning, sand blasting, and finishing parts, with precision lapping and grinding on dedicated machines.

Candidates should read safety rules, write routine reports, and work independently in a manufacturing setting. PPE is required; lifting up to 25 lbs is expected in a typical plant environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
• Must be highly motivated and able to work independently.
• Must be able to regularly lift and/or move objects up to 25 lbs. consistently with heavier weight necessary at times.
• Attention to detail.
• Exposure to elements such as odor, hydraulic fluids, noise, dust, heat, cold, or chemicals.
