Job summary

The Village at Northridge is seeking a friendly Receptionist to welcome visitors, monitor entry, and support residents in a busy senior living community in Los Angeles. This full-time role requires a high school diploma or GED and offers paid training, PTO, a 401(k) with company match, and opportunities for career growth as you handle phones, supplies, and light administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet all visitors in a friendly, courteous and professional manner.
• Screen and require visitors to sign-in at reception desk.
• Answer all incoming telephone calls in a courteous and professional manner. Route calls and take messages as appropriate.
• Assist residents with general office needs, e.g. postage, copies, faxes, notary public, etc.
• Type, copy, order and maintain inventory of office supplies.
• Maintain and update emergency contact information.

• Current Schedule:
  • Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 3:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m.
  • Friday, Saturday overnight 11:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m.
• The anticipated wage range is $18.45- $20.00 per hour

Essential Duties:
