About The Role

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Receptionist for our insurance and financial services agency. This position is ideal for recently retired individuals, recent college graduates, former corporate/banking staff, or school teachers seeking a rewarding role. The pay range is $15–$20 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle all general administrative tasks within the agency
• Open and close the office Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
• Schedule appointments and manage the team calendar
• Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Process customer payments accurately
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, text, and email
• Mail insurance materials to customers in a timely manner
• Manage bank deposits and maintain accurate records
• Write professional letters and emails for customer correspondence
