Gregg Hancock - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

Position Overview:

The Customer Service & Office Assistant will help support the daily operations of the office while providing friendly and professional service to customers.

You will work directly under the supervision of the Agent and Office Manager and assist with both customer-facing and administrative responsibilities.

Daily Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone
• Answer and route incoming phone calls
• Schedule and confirm customer appointments
• Assist customers with payments and general service needs
• Complete basic data entry and update customer information
• Scan, email, organize, and prepare documents as needed
• Follow up with customers regarding appointments or requested information
