Job summary

Delmar Gardens of Overland Park in Overland Park, Kansas is seeking a Part-Time Receptionist for our skilled nursing and rehabilitation community. The successful candidate must be able to deal tactfully with residents, families, visitors, and staff, with strong communication skills and a friendly, helpful demeanor.

You will type and have basic computer skills, operate the telephone switchboard, and assist with light clerical tasks while delivering a welcoming first impression and coordinating

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication skills and be very friendly and helpful.
• Typing ability and basic computer skills required; experience with switchboard systems is a plus.
• Ability to interact tactfully with residents, families, and staff.

• Greet residents and visitors and route calls on the phone system.

Delmar Gardens of Overland Park is seeking a Part-Time Receptionist for our beautiful skilled nursing and rehabilitation community. The successful candidate must possess the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel and the general public. Must have strong communication skills and must be very friendly and helpful at all times. They must be able to type and have basic computer skills and telephone switchboard skills as well.

Shift Availability

• Part-Time Evening shift: Monday - Friday (4:00pm - 9:00pm)
