Job summary

Mission Pet Health in Greenville, NC is seeking a Receptionist to be the first impression of our practice. You’ll manage a multi-line phone system, greet clients with warmth, schedule appointments, and handle financial transactions to keep the hospital running smoothly.

You’ll maintain accurate records, assist with client education on preventive care, and support the team in delivering compassionate veterinary service. Join a growing network that values people and pets.

Qualifications

• A passion for providing excellent customer service and a love for animals.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to manage stressful situations with good judgment and a positive attitude.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• A collaborative, team-first mindset and the ability to work both independently and with direction.
• Experience with veterinary software; a flexible schedule including some weekends and holidays.
