Dartmouth Health is seeking an administrative/clerical professional to schedule patient appointments, greet patients, and direct them to appropriate care in a courteous, efficient manner. The role may require evening, weekend, and holiday coverage.
Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent and accurate typing with prior computer experience; prior customer service experience is preferred. Strong interaction skills with staff and patients are essential.
Schedule patients for appointments in an efficient and timely manner both over the phone and in person. Greet patients arriving for care and direct as appropriate. May be required to participate in evening, weekend and holiday coverage.
High school graduate or equivalent. Accurate typing skills & previous computer experience required. Ability to interact well with staff and patients. Previous customer service experience preferred. Computer and typing skills mandatory.
