Job summary

Quantum Rehabilitation and Nursing is seeking Per diem Receptionists to join our team in New York. The role supports a patient‑focused, compassionate facility and provides front desk coverage as needed.

You will answer and route calls, greet visitors, and assist multiple departments while maintaining professionalism. Prior healthcare exposure, especially in long‑term care, is preferred, with a focus on reliable, courteous service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Superior interpersonal, communication skills and energetic.
• Ability to cultivate working relationships both inside and outside the facility.
• Ability to organize and ensure the completion of multiple tasks.
• Experience in Healthcare, specifically in the Long-Term Care preferred
