Job summary

Allen View Healthcare Center in Springfield, OH is seeking a Part-Time Receptionist to join our team. The role includes answering calls, greeting visitors, providing administrative support, and assisting with training to maintain licensure.

The position requires a High School diploma or GED and prior receptionist experience, preferably in a healthcare setting. Weekend shifts are available, and a CommuniCare Family of Companies affiliation supports a larger network of care.

• Maintain and work within established department, center, and home office policies and procedures, quality improvement, and safety standards.

Job Address: 2615 Derr Road Springfield, OH 45503 Allen View Healthcare Center, a member of the CommuniCare Family of Companies, is currently recruiting for a Part Time Receptionist to join our team. Weekend shift available.

PURPOSE/BELIEF STATEMENT

The position of Receptionist works to maintain a friendly and positive image for the center to callers, visitors, and guests through the responsibility of greeting and/or directing them. The position must function as a team member to ensure that work is accomplished and quality service is delivered, supporting team members and leading the way in celebrating team successes. While focusing on delivering quality service, the position must also manage the resources within their control and assist others in managing resources.

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
