David Ziegenbalg - State Farm Agent is seeking a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member to join our Hawthorne, NJ office. You will greet customers, handle phones, schedule appointments, and support administrative tasks while learning the insurance business.

Ideal candidates are organized, attentive to detail, and eager to grow with the team. Prior experience in customer service is preferred; bilingual Spanish is a plus, and comfort in discussing insurance options with clients will help you

Qualifications

• Experience in receptionist or customer service role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
