RB Global Inc. is seeking a part-time in-office Receptionist in Columbus, Ohio. You will answer and direct calls, assist visitors, and provide administrative support for meetings and day-to-day operations.

The ideal candidate has 2 years of in-person customer service, a high school diploma, and strong computer skills with a positive, friendly attitude under pressure.

• Assist and provide support to the Mailroom as needed
• Provide additional administrative support as needed for on-site meetings and conferences
• Perform various duties as assigned
• Work within a team and maintain an open line of communication
• Support of the security team as required
• Order and stock office supplies, as needed

The Part-Time Receptionist is responsible for performing clerical tasks within an office setting to support daily operations. The duties include answering and transferring phone calls to employees, directing customers accordingly to various departments as requested. The Receptionist will provide a wide variety of support.

Qualifications

• Previous work experience (2 years) where you worked in-person with customers
• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Experience using computers, and able to learn to use new technology and software
• A commitment to providing fantastic customer service
• Able to work well and maintain a positive attitude in high-pressure situations
• A full-time, in office position
