Job summary

H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist to warmly welcome clients and guide them to the right tax professional, ensuring a smooth in-person, phone, or virtual experience. You will build relationships and help clients feel confident about their decisions.

The role requires a friendly, proactive demeanor, strong organization, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced franchise office while supporting team members across locations.
