H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist to greet clients, answer calls, and connect customers with the right tax professional, delivering friendly service now and in the future.

In this role you will schedule appointments, maintain a welcoming office, and support clients in person, over the phone, or virtually, within a fast-paced franchise environment.

Your Expertise:

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment


• Previous experience in a customer service environment


• Ability to multi-task


• Strong organizational and time-management skills


• Computer proficient with the ability to use Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent


• Ability to work flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations


• Sales/marketing experience
