Job summary

AVIR Health Group is seeking a qualified Receptionist for evening and weekend shifts to warmly greet residents, families, visitors, and staff while directing inquiries and coordinating with the nursing team. Walk-ins are welcome daily, and we value a friendly, reliable presence with prior office experience and comfort using Microsoft products.

Qualifications

• Previous office experience preferred.
• Ability to type, use the computer and use Microsoft products preferred.
• Previous nursing home experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, families, visitors, vendors and other guests of the facility.
• Provide information and directions to guests and callers.
• Assist in building a positive, resident-focused culture.

We are searching for a Receptionist (Evening/Weekend) to join our community that is resident, and employee-focused, a team builder, and excited about the opportunity to assist in building a culture. The Receptionist will professionally greet, assist, and provide direction and information to residents, families, visitors, vendors, and other guests of the facility.

Walk-ins are welcome daily!

Evening and Weekend hours:

• Mnday, Thursday and Friday 5p-8p
• Saturday and Sunday 10a-8p
