ICL in New York, NY is seeking a Receptionist to provide 24/7 front desk coverage for tenants, ensuring safety and support within the residence. Role requires staying overnight, Wed-Sun, with a schedule from 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM.

The candidate should have a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of related human services experience, and the ability to obtain Standard First Aid and CPR certification. Must be authorized to work in the U.S., onsite work location.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor facility interior and exterior areas to ensure safety, cleanliness, and security.

  • Report serious incidents or sensitive issues immediately and complete required documentation.
  • Assist in executing emergency plans under direction of supervisor.
  • Monitor and document entries in staff communication logs.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment.
  • Attend required meetings, supervision, and trainings.
  • Comply with attendance requirements and maintain schedule flexibility.
  • Assist social service staff with tenant accountability and appointment reminders.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

About the Role
