Job summary

Mission Pet Health is seeking a friendly receptionist in Menasha, WI to be the first point of contact for clients and their pets. You will manage a multi-line phone system, greet clients, and help coordinate care with the veterinary team.

The role includes handling scheduling, records, and payments with a compassionate, patient-centered approach. Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, exceptional organization, and a genuine love for animals.

What You'll Bring to the Team

• Experience with veterinary software is preferred. A flexible schedule, including some weekends and holidays, is required.
