Qualifications

• Greet guests with friendly, prompt, exceptional service.
• Manage salon software and customer traffic.
• Educate clients on retail products.
• Disinfect all equipment and keep the store clean and tidy.
• Keep retail shelves stocked.
• Assist in salon marketing activities.
• Assist stylist with shampooing or minicures.
• Must be able to work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide exceptional service to ensure a memorable visit.
• Operate and monitor salon software to track client flow and appointments.
• Educate clients on available retail products and upsell when appropriate.
• Maintain cleanliness by disinfecting equipment and workstation.
• Restock merchandise and keep displays organized.
• Support marketing activities to promote services and promotions.
• Help stylists with shampooing and mini-cures as needed.
• Ensure weekend shifts run smoothly and guests are attended.
