Job summary

KTUU-TV/Gray Media is seeking a friendly, organized front desk professional to manage the station's reception and provide support to the Business department. You will be the first point of contact for viewers, clients, and vendors, representing the welcoming face of the station.

Responsibilities include assisting senior staff with order entry, maintaining excellent customer service, verifying orders for accuracy, and covering front desk duties including phone calls and guest reception.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office – especially Excel and Word.
• Strong phone and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
