Job summary

Alliance Health is seeking a friendly receptionist to support our front desk at Rosewood. You will greet visitors, answer phones, schedule appointments and handle typing and filing tasks.

This non-profit facility offers a comprehensive benefits package and a supportive team culture. Roles are 16–20 hours per week with evenings and weekends available, full-time or part-time, and a chance to contribute to high-quality care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's degree or secretarial training program preferred.

RECEPTIONIST ($16-$20)

16-20hrs per week, evenings and weekends

POSITION PURPOSE:

Performs a variety of secretarial, clerical, and administrative support functions including but not limited to receiving visitors, answering the phone, scheduling appointments, typing and filing.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate's degree or graduation from a certified secretarial training program preferred.
