Job summary

Therapeutic Associates Bethany Physical Therapy is seeking a full-time Receptionist to join our clinic team in Portland, OR. You will greet visitors, answer calls, route inquiries, and schedule patient appointments, contributing to a smooth and welcoming front desk experience.

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic proficiency with MS Office products including Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Interest in Exercise Science, Sports Performance and Fitness preferred - students pursuing a PT or pre-PT degree favored.

Responsibilities

  • Greeting visitors and directing them to appropriate staff.
  • Answers the phone and routes calls.
  • Schedules and confirms new and returning patient appointments.
  • Minimizes cancellations and empty appointment slots.

Therapeutic Associates Bethany Physical Therapy is looking for a full-time Receptionist to join our team. Schedules are flexible, and students who are pursuing a physical therapy or pre-physical therapy degree program are encouraged to apply.
