Job summary

Cambridge Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a Part-Time Receptionist to support day-to-day front desk operations at our 120-bed sub-acute and long-term care facility in Moorestown, NJ. The role covers 8AM-4PM shifts every other weekend, with a focus on professional communication and organized administrative support.

The receptionist will handle calls, mail, and basic bookkeeping tasks while maintaining a welcoming environment for residents, families, and staff.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a receptionist or in a related administrative role is required.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software, including Excel.
• High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Office Administration or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily office activities and support overall facility operations.
• Manage incoming phone calls, emails, correspondence, packages, and other communications professionally and promptly.
• Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.
• Support basic bookkeeping and administrative recordkeeping tasks as needed.
• Track office supply inventory and place orders to ensure adequate stock levels.
• Prepare and submit timely reports as requested by leadership.
• Assist colleagues and departments with administrative support as needed to maintain smooth operations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk and office environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support office efficiency and resident services.
