Mission Pet Health is seeking a friendly Receptionist to join OnPoint Veterinary Hospital in Middleton, ID. You will be the first contact for clients, manage a multi-line phone system, schedule appointments, and process payments, helping keep the hospital running smoothly.

Our practice focuses on core small animal services ranging from routine wellness and prevention to Advanced Care procedures. You will be able to utilize sophisticated Testing and Diagnostics and perform a wide range of Surgical Procedures. Furthermore, we are equipped to handle Urgent Care needs and offer specialized Exotic Pet Care, allowing you to diversify your experience and maintain a varied caseload throughout the week. Middleton, ID provides a welcoming setting where the community values high-quality local services. Our location, situated at 315 S Middleton Rd., offers convenient access for our clients and teammates. The hospital maintains consistent operating hours, running Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and offering necessary coverage on Saturdays until 5:00 PM. This schedule ensures continuity of care while also allowing you time away from the practice to enjoy the surrounding area.

Your Impact as a Receptionist

• Ensure Seamless Care Coordination: You'll maintain accurate medical records, manage appointment schedules, and handle financial transactions, keeping the hospital running smoothly and efficiently.
• Advocate for Pet Health: You'll be a key partner in pet wellness, educating clients on preventative care and other hospital services to ensure every pet gets the best care possible.
• Embody Compassion and Empathy: You'll be a calming presence for clients, demonstrating empathy and respect in every situation and treating each pet like your own.
