Job summary

Sharkey's Cuts for Kids in Katy, TX is seeking a motivated receptionist for our upscale children's salon. You will greet guests, manage the salon software, educate clients on retail products, and help keep the salon clean and organized to ensure a fun haircut experience for every child and family.

The role includes assisting stylists and supporting marketing efforts, with a flexible schedule and weekend shifts expected in a fast-paced family-friendly environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet all guests with a friendly, prompt and exceptional service
• Manage salon software and handle customer flow and appointments
• Educate clients on retail products and promotions
• Disinfect all store equipment and keep the salon clean and tidy
• Keep retail shelves stocked and merchandised
• Assist in salon marketing activities
• Assist stylist with shampooing or minicures
• Weekend availability is preferred
