Kunes Automotive and RV Group in Janesville, WI is hiring a Receptionist to be the first point of contact at the dealership. You will greet live customers, answer a multi-line phone system, register warranties, and support sales, service, and parts with accurate administrative work in a fast-paced environment.

No dealership experience required; we will train the right candidate. Strong organizational, Excel, and customer service skills are valued, with benefits including medical/dental/vision,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and basic data entry.
• Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a busy front-office setting.
• Team-oriented with a positive, professional attitude.
• Prior receptionist, front desk, administrative assistant, or dealership experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to sit at a desk and work on a computer for extended periods.

About The Role

Kunes Automotive and RV Group is hiring a Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our dealership. In this front desk role, you'll greet live customers, answer a multi-line phone system, register warranties on newly sold vehicles, and support our sales, service, and parts departments with accurate administrative and clerical work — plus whatever else comes up on a given day. This is a great opportunity for someone organized, friendly, and detail-oriented who enjoys a fast-paced customer service environment.

No dealership experience required — we will train the right candidate.

Receptionist Responsibilities

Front Desk & Customer Service

• Greet live customers and visitors and direct them to the appropriate department

Requirements
