Avondale Haslet Animal Clinic in Haslet, TX is seeking a Receptionist to be the director of first impressions, manage a multi-line phone system, greet clients warmly, and ensure every interaction reflects compassionate care.

You will coordinate care by maintaining accurate records, scheduling appointments, and handling financial transactions, helping the hospital run smoothly while supporting a team-focused, growth-oriented environment with opportunities for advancement and educational support.

Qualifications

• A passion for providing excellent customer service and a genuine love for animals.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to manage stressful situations with good judgment and a positive attitude.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• A collaborative, team-first mindset and the ability to work both independently and with direction.
• Experience with veterinary software is preferred.
• Veterinary experience is preferred.
• Available to work M-F 7:30AM-6PM and Sat 7:30AM-12:30PM.

• Embody Compassion and Empathy: You'll be a calming presence for clients, demonstrating empathy and respect in every situation and treating each pet like your own.
