Job summary

Genesis is hiring a receptionist at our nursing center in Fair Lawn, New Jersey. You will be the first point of contact for patients, families, and staff, delivering a warm, welcoming experience and supporting daily administrative operations.

Responsibilities include answering calls, greeting visitors, routing mail, updating patient and staff lists, and ordering supplies. The role requires a high school diploma, strong English communication, and proficiency with Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides.

Bring your administrative skills and winning personality to our nursing center. As a receptionist, you directly impact the nursing center reputation being the first person that a patient/resident, family member, candidate or client interacts with at the nursing center.
