Job summary

Bella Terra Elmhurst in Elmhurst, IL, is seeking a friendly Receptionist to join our front desk team.

You'll greet residents and visitors, direct calls, sort and forward mail, and support daily operations to keep the facility running smoothly in a warm, professional environment.

Part-time role, approximately 12–15 hours per week, with weekday and weekend shifts; prior receptionist or customer service experience is preferred, and basic computer skills are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior receptionist experience or 1 year of customer service preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Basic computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Greet facility guests and direct calls to the appropriate party.

We are currently searching for a Receptionist for our front desk to join our friendly, caring and supportive team!

Will work approxinamtely 12-15 hours per week from 8am-8pm on weekdays and or weekends.

As a front desk Receptionist you are instrumental in the efficiency of operations throughout the facility. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Bella Terra Elmhurst by providing office/clerical support to the facilities team, greeting all facility guests, directing calls and guests to the appropriate party and receiving, sorting, and forwarding incoming mail. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they are comfortable and safe.

To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:

• As a minimum, a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience as a Receptionist and/or one (1) year of experience in a customer service role is preferable
• Amazing communication skills
• Computer knowledge
• Excellent Customer Service personality
