Recovery Centers of America in Danvers, MA is seeking a Receptionist to be the first point of contact for patients and visitors. The role is vital in providing a welcoming environment and facilitating the patient admission process, especially for individuals in distress.

Schedule: 4pm-11pm, as needed. Per Diem position.

As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for patients, visitors, and staff, helping to create a welcoming and safe environment in a healthcare setting that often involves high‑emotion interactions. This role requires both professionalism and compassion, especially when supporting individuals at various stages of intoxication or withdrawal.
A former patient may not be hired at the same location where they were treated until a minimum of one year has elapsed since the completion of their treatment at that location. Former patients may be considered for employment at locations within RCA other than where they were treated within a year after treatment.
