Elikashvili & Kulick Dental Associa is seeking a friendly receptionist/concierge to join our busy team. You will greet guests, answer calls, book appointments, and help maintain a welcoming environment throughout visits.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of customer service experience, excellent communication, and strong computer and scheduling software skills. A positive attitude and ability to multitask are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of customer service experience preferred.
• Receptionist experience preferred.

Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, welcoming receptionist/concierge to join our team! As the receptionist/concierge for our busy salon, you will be the first point of contact for our guests. You will greet customers as they arrive, book appointments, and answer phone calls, as well as attend to the needs of customers throughout their salon visits. The ideal candidate has a cheerful disposition, excellent communication, and computer skills, and is capable of multitasking.
