The Front Desk Greeter at Independence Health System serves as the first contact for visitors at hospital entrances, providing information and assistance while following hospital policies. It acts as a liaison between visitors and departments to carry out requests and helps ensure a welcoming, efficient experience.
Responsibilities include screening individuals, directing access, collaborating with volunteers, and supporting hospitality and clerical tasks to exceed patient and visitor
