Job summary

Fields Motorcars of Bellevue is seeking energetic team members to join our dealership and provide premium customer service while building life-long relationships with customers and teammates.

As a family-owned operation, we value safety, integrity, courtesy, presentation, and efficiency, with opportunities for growth through internal promotion. Hourly rate is $22, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• Past cashier or customer service experience required; dealership experience preferred.
• Proficient in data entry and cash handling.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service.
• Process Service, Parts, and Sales payments using CDK.
• Balance daily cash drawer and maintain accurate payment records.
• Answer phones, assist customers, and notify them when vehicles are ready for pickup.
• Maintain vehicle key control and support Service Advisors with administrative tasks.
• Keep the cashier area clean, organized, and professional.
