Job summary

10-4 Logistics offers a paid mentor program with CDL school graduates. You’ll train one-on-one with an experienced driver while earning $850 per week during training and move into a full-time position on the Eastern Regional Fleet after completion.

Post-training, expect solo earnings of $1,600–$1,800+ per week on Eastern Regional routes with no-touch freight and home-time options. Payments are made weekly with employer support from a 24/7 dispatch team.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL is required.
• Recent completion of an accredited CDL program.
• At least 120 hours of CDL-school instruction.
• Safe driving record.
• Ability to meet DOT and FMCSA requirements.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Class A tractor-trailer safely.
• Complete regional pickups and deliveries.

CDL school prepares you to earn your license. This paid mentor program at 10-4 Logistics helps prepare you to operate safely and confidently as a solo driver.

Qualified CDL-school graduates train one-on-one with an experienced driver while earning $850 per week. After successfully completing training, you will receive an assigned truck and move into a full-time position on the Eastern Regional Fleet.
