10-4 Logistics USA offers a paid mentor program that prepares CDL-school graduates to operate safely as solo drivers. Trainees work one-on-one with an experienced driver while earning $850 per week during training.

Upon successful completion, you will receive an assigned truck and transition into a full-time position on the Eastern Regional Fleet. The program highlights include one-on-one mentorship, a 24/7 dispatch support team, and regional, no-touch dry van freight with weekly or biweekly

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL
• Recent completion of an accredited CDL program
• At least 120 hours of CDL-school instruction
• Safe driving record
• Ability to meet DOT and FMCSA requirements
• Willingness to learn and grow in a team environment

Responsibilities

• Operate a Class A tractor-trailer safely
• Complete regional pickups and deliveries
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Maintain accurate electronic logs
• Follow DOT, FMCSA and company safety requirements
• Communicate professionally with dispatch and customers
