Pay:

$1200 to $1400 per week ($0.56 TO $0.59cpm) and miles per week 1800 to 2200.

Home Weekends:

5 out and 2 days home with your family. (Operating Area: OH, PA, IN, IL KS, MI, MO, NE, WI, IA and KY)
