Job Title: Entry Level Supply Management Specialist (Recent Grad)

Location: Davenport, IA
Assignment Length: 24 months+ (Possible Extension)
Shift: 1st Shift (8:00 am – 4:30 pm)
Work Arrangement: Onsite Only

About the Job:

Kickstart your career! We're looking for a motivated recent grad to join us as a Supply Management Specialist. You’ll help improve sourcing, build supplier relationships, and manage projects that make a real impact. No prior experience? No problem! This is a learning opportunity with room to grow.

What You'll Do:

• Help improve supply processes by sourcing the best solutions for quality, cost, and delivery.
• Build relationships with internal teams and suppliers to get things done.
• Support continuous improvement projects and learn across different commodities.
• Manage simple projects and help resolve problems as they come up.

What We’re Looking For:

• Recent graduate with a degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Problem solver with a knack for working through challenges.
• Great communicator who can collaborate with others.
• Self-starter who can take action and make things happen.

Bonus Skills (Not Required):

• Familiar with SAP or tools like Power BI.
• Basic knowledge of data analysis and SharePoint.
• Occasional travel (with rental car provided).
• Business casual dress code.
• Work with an awesome team and gain hands-on experience in the supply chain world!
