We are hiring recent CDL‑A flatbed truck drivers for regional and OTR routes in the western United States. As a driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting goods and materials such as glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals.

No experience? No problem. For a limited time, through May 31, 2026, we are accepting applications from recent CDL‑A graduates and we will train you. Applicants must possess a valid CDL‑A license and meet all other standard hiring requirements.

FINANCIAL PACKAGE

• Weekly Pay: $1,095.18 – $1,980.65 per week
• Annual Pay: $56,949.36 – $102,993.80 per year
• Full pay package includes accessorial compensation such as tarp pay, stop pay, detention pay, border crossing pay, safety bonuses, and over‑dimensional pay. Including mileage pay, full‑time drivers can make $912.23 – $1,862.98 per week ($47,424.00 – $96,824.00 per year).
• Flatbed Regional Driver Rate: $0.57 – $0.71 per mile, depending on experience.
• Transition Package: $1,800, with $1,000 allocated for orientation during the first two weeks.

HIRING QUALIFICATIONS

• Must have a valid Class A CDL.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• 4+ months of driving experience required; for recent CDL‑A graduates, no experience required – we will train you.
• Safe driving record.
• No more than six jobs in the last three years.
• Prefer one year of truck driving experience, but not required.
• A background check is required.
• A clean drug test is required.
• A clean clearinghouse result is required.
• Must be physically able to lift a 90‑pound tarp onto a 5‑foot high platform twice; this is measured during orientation.
