365 Freight USA is seeking recent CDL-A graduates for an Eastern Regional truck driver trainee program. You will train under an experienced mentor, complete a structured curriculum, and progress to solo status with a defined path and upgrade milestones.

During training you will earn mileage-based pay after upgrade, with incentives and a sign-on bonus, plus benefits from day one. Home time, routes and accounts may vary by business needs.

Qualifications

• No prior over-the-road experience required; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• MVR acceptable and able to meet DOT qualifications.
• Commitment to safety standards and professional conduct on the road.
