Job summary

O'Connell Motor Freight is hiring CDL-A school graduates for regional dry van routes. No professional driving experience is needed. After training, drivers run steady regional freight with weekly home time. Brand-new trucks support safety and reliability, with paid training provided.

Qualifications

• CDL-A license required with ELDT completed through a FMCSA-registered provider
• At least 120 hours of CDL-school instruction
• Able to meet DOT and company hiring standards
• No professional driving experience required for the role

Responsibilities

• Complete paid training before taking on regional freight
• Operate regional dry van routes after training
• Handle drop-and-hook loads
• Home time every week or every two weeks
