Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years in warehouse, logistics, or material handling preferred.
• Experience operating forklifts required.
• Experience with industrial or electrical materials preferred.
• Basic computer skills to learn inventory/receiving systems.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Solid understanding of warehouse operations, safety practices, and material handling processes.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move inventory and materials.
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming materials.
• Pick, pack, wrap, label, and stage orders for shipment or plant use.
• Deliver materials and orders to designated locations within the plant.
• Assist with receiving tasks and entering data into inventory/receiving systems.
• Verify shipments against packing slips and report discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate inventory and assist with stock organization.
• Ensure materials are stored properly to prevent damage.
• Keep warehouse areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
• Assist with general warehouse operations and other duties as assigned.
