Job summary

VB Spine, LLC is seeking a Receiving Technician II to support our Quality Control team in the Spine division. You will receive all incoming shipments, verify documentation, and coordinate with Supply Planning to align daily priorities, ensuring accurate, timely inventory flow.

Responsibilities include processing receipts in JD Edwards, assisting with quarterly/yearly inventories, and maintaining the vendor return log.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of relevant experience required; two years preferred.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, process- and goal-oriented.
• Results-oriented with a strong sense of urgency; proactive and flexible.
• Ability to work effectively independently or as part of a team.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand for 6+ hours per shift.

• Assist in maintaining Excel spreadsheets for the vendor return log
• Process and receive human biologic materials
• Maintain the discrepancy log and communicate with Supply Chain and/or Quality to ensure timely resolutions
• Troubleshoot receiving issues and assist team members as needed

What You'll Do:

Compensation:

Pay for this role is competitive and based on experience, qualifications, and performance. The typical pay range for this position is $20 - $23/hr, with potential for overtime and incentives plus benefits. Final compensation is determined on a case-by-case basis and considers a variety of factors including experience level, skillset, and market conditions.
