Job summary

Ollie’s in Ada, OK is seeking a Receiving Team Leader to oversee the efficient operation of the receiving area, ensuring freight flows to the sales floor in line with merchandising standards. You will maintain back stock and manage damaged goods disposition to minimize profit loss.

Responsibilities include unloading and checking shipments, verifying vendor deliveries, coordinating merchandise displays, and directing Associates.

Responsibilities

• Plan, unload, check in, and support the merchandising of distribution shipments.
• Receive, verify, and merchandise all direct vendor shipments.
• Maintain back stock in the receiving area and manage damaged goods disposition to minimize profit loss.
• Adhere to company standards, confirm accuracy of incoming merchandise, and assist with displays.
• Prepare and process outbound transfers as required and supervise other Associates; may act as Manager on Duty.
