Job summary

Ferguson is seeking a Receiving Supervisor to oversee a team of six, ensuring efficient receiving, unloading and stocking, and maintaining inventory integrity within the Seattle-area distribution center.

Hours are Monday to Friday from 4:30 am to 1:00 pm. The role emphasizes safety, OSHA compliance, and maintaining a clean, productive warehouse environment at Ferguson.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop a productive receiving area

• Ensure daily inventory integrity
• Maintain warehouse security and worker safety; report accidents and issues to management

Ferguson is currently seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for a Receiving Supervisor

Position Details

• Direct oversight of 6 associates

Hours are Monday to Friday 4:30 am to 1:00 pm.

ResponsibilitiSes

• Maintain and develop a productive receiving area
• Train receiving associates
• Supervise and coordinate unloading and stocking of inbound shipments accuracy and timeliness with both product and paperwork
• Ensure warehouse space is utilized effectively and kept clean and orderly
• Ensure integrity of inventory are completed daily
• Maintain security of warehouse and safety of all associates and equipment, reporting any accidents and conveying any issues to branch management

Qualifications

• A strong background in warehouse operations and logistics
• Receiving and inventory experience is required
• A working knowledge of OSHA regulations
• Organizational skills
• Good judgment and decision-making abilities
• Great communication skills

Pay Range

$24.85 - $40.99

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
