Floor & Decor in Reno, Nevada is seeking an Overnight Receiving Supervisor responsible for overseeing warehouse operations. This role includes managing warehouse staff, scheduling daily activities and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of supervisory experience and excellent communication skills. The position offers competitive pay ranging from $15.40 to $23.60 per hour, plus benefits such as 401(k) and medical insurance.
The Overnight Receiving Supervisor is responsible for directing and overseeing the warehouse operations of each retail store. The role includes supervising warehouse specialists, order pickers, and forklift operators, and managing the daily freight schedule based on customer and inventory needs.
$15.40 - $23.60
Ability to exert 30–60 pounds of force occasionally, 20–30 pounds frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 20 pounds constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects. Use of hands and fingers for handling or feeling is required. Frequent standing, walking, reaching, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling may be necessary.

Saturday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Sunday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
