Job summary

Ollie is seeking a Receiving Specialist to assist with receiving, processing, and moving merchandise to the sales floor. You will help with freight handling, pricing, and merchandising while maintaining an organized receiving area to support smooth store operations.

The role requires a positive attitude, teamwork, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. A high school diploma is preferred, along with physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Position Overview:

The Receiving Specialist assists with receiving, processing, and moving merchandise from delivery to the sales floor. The Receiving Specialist is responsible for freight handling, merchandising, maintaining an organized receiving area, and supporting efficient store operations.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assist with receiving the truck and moving freight from the truck to the sales floor.
• Support pricing items, merchandising product, and recovering the store.
• Communicate receiving needs and issues to Team Leaders when necessary.
• Maintain a neat and organized receiving area and complete additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to push and pull up to 35 pounds.

• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a safe manner.
