Job summary

Ollie’s Bargain Outlet, Inc. is seeking a Receiving Specialist to support customers and maintain an appealing store environment. You will handle merchandising, pricing, and frontline service while ensuring receiving areas stay organized.

Key duties include assisting with truck dock, stocking, training new staff, and communicating needs to leadership. The role requires guest-facing tasks, register use, and knowledge of promos to drive sales and donations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with receiving truck, move freight to sales floor, price items and merchandise products.
• Maintain a neat and organized receiving area.
• Assist with training new receiving Specialists.
• Communicate receiving needs to Team Leaders.
• Greet customers entering and exiting the store and at the front end.
• Operate the register accurately and efficiently as needed.
• Know promotions and assist with selling products; support donation programs.
• Maintain overall store cleanliness.
• Complete other assigned duties.
