Position Purpose

We are seeking an experienced and safety-oriented Warehouse Associate to support our receiving and putaway operations for a short-term, 60-day assignment. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience operating heavy warehouse equipment specifically Reach Trucks and Dock Stockers to safely and efficiently move product from receiving docks to designated storage locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Equipment Operation: Safely operate Reach Trucks and Dock Stockers to perform putaway and replenishment tasks.
• Receiving & Putaway: Receive inbound shipments, verify product counts, and transport inventory to designated racking and warehouse locations.
• Dock Management: Support general dock operations, unloading trailers, and staging materials as needed.
• Inventory Accuracy: Ensure all inventory is placed in the correct storage locations and handled safely to prevent product damage.
• Safety & Compliance: Maintain a clean, organized work area and strictly adhere to all Distribution Center safety protocols.

Position Requirements

• Equipment Certification: Proven, hands-on experience operating a Reach Truck and Dock Stocker is required (candidates will be evaluated on-site).
• Work Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience working in a fast-paced Distribution Center or Warehouse environment.
• Reliability: Ability to consistently commit to the 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM shift for the duration of the 60-day contract.
• Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift.
