Ollie's Bargain Outlet, Inc. is seeking a Receiving Team Leader in Irving, TX. You will oversee the efficient operation of the receiving area, ensure accurate freight flow to the sales floor, and maintain back stock while minimizing damaged goods losses.

You will lead associates, verify shipments, set up displays, and handle outbound transfers, while acting as Manager on Duty and supporting store opening and closing as needed. This role requires flexibility and a focus on safety and accuracy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 months experience with a mid- to large-size retailer.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and delegate tasks within deadlines.
• Positive attitude and strong customer interaction.

Responsibilities

• Plan, unload, check in, and support merchandising of shipments.
• Receive, verify, and merchandise all vendor shipments.
• Manage freight flow in the receiving area and maintain dock safety.
• Ensure accuracy of incoming merchandise and set up displays.
• Prepare outbound transfers of merchandise and fixtures.
• Direct associates assisting with freight flow processes.
• Act as Manager on Duty and open/close the store as needed.
