Ollie’s Bargain Outlet, Inc. is seeking a Receiving Team Leader to manage the receiving area, supervise freight flow to the sales floor, and uphold merchandising standards.

The role involves back-stock management, handling damaged goods to minimize profit loss, and acting as a keyholder for store operations. Responsibilities include unloading shipments, verifying vendor deliveries, and directing associates to maintain efficient dock operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 6 months experience with a mid- to large-size retailer.
• Schedule flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and delegate tasks under deadlines.
• Positive attitude and ability to interact well with customers and associates.

Responsabilités

• Plan, unload, check in, and support merchandising of distribution shipments.
• Receive, verify, and merchandise all direct vendor shipments.
• Manage freight flow in the receiving area while maintaining a safe dock and exterior.
• Ensure accuracy of incoming merchandise and set up merchandise displays.
• Prepare and process outbound transfers of merchandise and fixtures as required.
• Direct the work of other Associates assisting with freight flow processes.
• Act as Manager on Duty and handle opening/closing of the store.
