Job summary

Ollie’s Bargain Outlet in Bethlehem, PA is seeking a Receiving Specialist to help move merchandise from delivery to the sales floor, manage freight, and keep the receiving area organized to support efficient store operations.

The role requires a high school diploma (preferred), a positive team attitude, and the ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays. You must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and collaborate with Team Leaders to meet store goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Positive attitude and team player who interacts well with customers and associates.
• Ability to work morning, evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

• Assist with receiving the truck and moving freight from the truck to the sales floor.
• Support pricing items, merchandising product, and recovering the store, and training new Associates.
• Communicate receiving needs and issues to Team Leaders when necessary.
• Maintain a neat and organized receiving area and complete additional responsibilities as assigned.
